MODULAR BUILDING ENVELOPE UNIT STRUCTURE
The present invention is to provide a modular shell structure that can easily expand the residential area of a building. To this end, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the modular shell structure comprises: a frame provided in a rectangular frame shape to form an inner space and installed on an outer wall of a building; an outer layer positioned on the outdoor side of the inner space and coupled to the frame; an inner layer positioned on the indoor side of the inner space and coupled to the frame; and a hollow layer formed between the inner layer and the outer layer and opened or closed by the inner layer or the outer layer. A plurality of inclined panels provided to be inclined in a downward direction and a bracket for fixing the inclined panels to the frame may be provided at the upper end of the outdoor side of the frame.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 모듈형 외피 구조는 내부공간이 형성되도록 사각 틀 형상으로 구비되어 건축물의 외벽에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 내부공간의 실외측에 위치하여 상기 프레임과 결합하는 외부 레이어와, 상기 내부공간의 실내측에 위치하여 상기 프레임과 결합하는 내부 레이어와, 상기 내부 레이어와 상기 외부 레이어 사이에 형성되어 상기 내부 레이어 또는 상기 외부 레이어에 의해 개방 또는 밀폐되는 중공층을 구비하고, 상기 프레임의 실외측 상단에는 하 방향으로 경사지게 구비되는 다수의 경사패널 및 상기 경사패널을 상기 프레임에 고정하는 브래킷이 구비될 수 있다.
