According to an embodiment of the present invention, a module type envelope material comprises: a frame unit which is installed on an outer wall of a building in which an opening unit is formed, and of which an inner portion is penetrated to be connected to the opening unit; an outer window unit installed in the frame unit to enable one surface of the outer window unit to be exposed to an outer space; and an inner window unit installed in the frame unit to be disposed opposite to the outer window unit, wherein one surface of the inner window unit is exposed to an inner space of the building. Moreover, a storage space is formed between the outer window unit and the inner window unit. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the frame unit is formed to be attached to and detached from the outer wall of the building, thereby facilitating construction, shortening a period of construction to reduce construction costs, and easily expanding a living space of the building.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 모듈형 외피는 개구부가 형성된 건축물의 외벽에 설치되고, 내부가 관통되어 개구부와 연통되는 프레임부; 프레임부에 설치되어 일면이 외부공간으로 노출되는 외(外)창호부; 및 프레임부에 설치되어 외창호부에 대향 배치되고, 일면이 건축물의 내부공간으로 노출되는 내(內)창호부;를 포함하고, 외창호부와 내창호부 사이에는 수용공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 프레임부가 건축물의 외벽에 탈부착 가능한 구조로 형성됨에 따라, 시공이 용이하고, 시공시간이 단축되어 시공비용을 절감할 수 있음은 물론, 손쉽게 건축물의 주거면적을 확장할 수 있다.
