METHOD FOR CONCTRETE PUMPING USING ACTIVATING LUBRICANT LAYER IN PIPELINE
The present invention relates to a concrete pumping method using lubricant layer activation. According to the present invention, when concrete is applied with high pressure to be transferred in a long distance, a lubricant layer activator capable of reducing pressure required for transferring concrete is injected to transfer the concrete. Moreover, a lubricant layer is formed between the concrete and an inner circumferential surface of a pumping pipeline. According to the present invention, the lubricant layer activator that is a medicinal fluid is injected to more activate the lubricant layer to reduce pressure required for transferring the concrete. In the present invention, the medicinal fluid is used in the shape of a medicinal fluid by mixing a surfactant, a thickener, and a condensation accelerator to be mixed with water.
본 발명은 윤활층 활성화를 이용한 콘크리트 압송방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트에 고압을 인가하여 장거리 이송함에 있어서, 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있는 윤활층 활성화제를 주입하여 콘크리트를 이송한다. 즉, 콘크리트와 압송배관의 내주면 사이에 윤활층이 형성되는데, 본 발명에서는 윤활층 활성화제(약액)을 주입하여 이 윤활층이 더욱 활성화되도록 함으로써 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 약액은 계면활성제, 증점제 및 응결촉진제를 혼합한 후 물에 배합하여 약액 형태로 사용한다.
