METHOD FOR CONCTRETE PUMPING USING ACTIVATING LUBRICANT LAYER IN PIPELINE
The present invention relates to a concrete pumping method using activation of a lubricant layer. The present invention transfers concrete by injecting a lubricant layer activator which can lower pressure required for concrete transfer when applying high pressure to the concrete to be transferred for a long distance. That is, the lubricant layer is formed between the concrete and an inner circumferential surface of a pumping pipe. In the present invention, the lubricant layer activator (liquid chemical) is injected so that the lubricant layer is further activated. Therefore, the pressure required for the concrete transfer can be lowered. In the present invention, the liquid chemical is mixed with water to be used in a shape of the liquid chemical after a surfactant, a thickener and a setting accelerator are mixed.
본 발명은 윤활층 활성화를 이용한 콘크리트 압송방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트에 고압을 인가하여 장거리 이송함에 있어서, 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있는 윤활층 활성화제를 주입하여 콘크리트를 이송한다. 즉, 콘크리트와 압송배관의 내주면 사이에 윤활층이 형성되는데, 본 발명에서는 윤활층 활성화제(약액)을 주입하여 이 윤활층이 더욱 활성화되도록 함으로써 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 약액은 계면활성제, 증점제 및 응결촉진제를 혼합한 후 물에 배합하여 약액 형태로 사용한다.
