APPARATUS FOR ACTIVATING LUBRICANT LAYER IN CONCTRETE PUMPING PIPELINE
The present invention relates to a lubricant layer activating apparatus for a concrete pumping pipe. The present invention provides an apparatus capable of lowering pressure required for transfer of concrete when applying high pressure to the concrete to transfer the same for a long distance. That is, the present invention allows a lubricant layer formed between the concrete and an inner circumferential surface of the pumping pipe to be activated when injecting liquid chemical thereinto, thereby being possible to lower pressure required for the transfer of the concrete. The present invention is possible to use a surfactant as the liquid chemical.
본 발명은 콘크리트 압송배관의 윤활층 활성화 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트에 고압을 인가하여 장거리 이송함에 있어서, 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있는 장치를 제공한다. 즉, 콘크리트와 압송배관의 내주면 사이에 윤활층이 형성되는데, 본 발명에서는 약액을 주입하여 이 윤활층이 더욱 활성화되도록 함으로써 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 약액으로 계면활성제를 사용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a lubricant layer activating apparatus for a concrete pumping pipe. 본 발명은 콘크리트 압송배관의 윤활층 활성화 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 콘크리트에 고압을 인가하여 장거리 이송함에 있어서, 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있는 장치를 제공한다. 즉, 콘크리트와 압송배관의 내주면 사이에 윤활층이 형성되는데, 본 발명에서는 약액을 주입하여 이 윤활층이 더욱 활성화되도록 함으로써 콘크리트 이송에 필요한 압력을 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 약액으로 계면활성제를 사용할 수 있다.
