The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a reproduced structure for an open set and a reproduced structure manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a reproduced structure for an open set includes: a masonry step of forming a desired shape of a structure by piling a prepared ALC block; a mesh fixing step of installing mesh on the surface of the ALC structure formed by the masonry step; a resin plastering step of piling a resin plastering layer on the front surface of the ALC structure having the mesh; a support member installing step of fixing a support member providing a support force to the resin plastering layer; a decoration unit fixing step of fixing a prepared decoration unit to the fixed support member; and a decoration step of applying desired design to the resin plastering layer exposed to the outside after the decoration unit is completely fixed. According to the present invention, the reproduced structure manufactured by the same piles an ALC with excellent machinability and forms a detail shape by applying a finishing layer on the whole surface or by directly processing the whole surface of the ALC. So, the reproduced structure has excellent reproducing performance and also has a low environmental load and a long life by not being deformed or by not being discolored due to sunlight or solar heat.
본 발명은 오픈세트용 재현구조물 제작방법 및 상기 제작방법에 의해 제작된 재현구조물에 관한 것이다. 상기 제작방법은, 준비된 ALC블록을 쌓아 원하는 모양의 구조체를 만드는 조적단계와; 상기 조적단계를 통해 형성된 ALC구조체의 표면에 메쉬망을 배치하는 메쉬망고정단계와; 상기 메쉬망이 위치되어 있는 ALC구조체의 전면에 수지미장층을 적층하는 수지미장단계와; 상기 수지미장층에, 지지력을 제공하는 지지부재를 고정시키는 지지부재설치단계와; 고정된 지지부재에, 준비된 장식부를 고정시키는 장식부고정단계와; 상기 장식부의 고정이 완료된 후, 외부로 노출된 수지미장층에 원하는 디자인을 부가하는 데코레이션단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 오픈세트용 재현구조물 제작방법에 의해 제작된 재현구조물은, 가공성이 뛰어난 ALC을 조적하고 그 전면에 마감층을 도포하거나 ALC의 전면을 직접 가공하여 디테일한 모양을 구현하므로 그만큼 재현성이 뛰어나며, 태양광이나 태양열에 의한 변색이나 변형이 없어 수명이 길고 환경부하도 작다.
