MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FLOORING HAVING FUNCTION OF SHRINK/EXPAND FLOORING BY THE METHOD

The present invention relates to technology, wherein a pavement, a playing field, or a court of various sports facilities are constructed with a prefabricated flooring material, to provide a long service life, be advantageous in maintenance and repair, and be prevented from being deformed by temperature change. To this end, the present invention has a structure, comprising: a horizontal line groove which is formed in a line shape having a predetermined depth in a horizontal direction on an upper surface of a flooring material and a vertical line groove which is formed in a line shape having a predetermined depth in a vertical direction thereon, to compensate for shrinkage or expansion caused by a temperature change; first walls having a predetermined interval on a lower surface of the flooring material and second walls forming square wall surfaces while individually intersecting with the first walls in an orthogonal direction with a predetermined interval thereon, to compensate for shrinkage or expansion caused by a temperature change; and impact absorption grooves formed around the horizontal line groove and the vertical line groove to absorb an impact applied in a transverse direction of the flooring material.

본 발명은 보도 또는 운동장이나 각종 체육시설의 코트(court)를 조립식 바닥재로 시공하되, 수명이 길고 유지 보수에 유리하며 온도변화에 따른 변형을 방지할 수 있도록 한 기술에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은, 온도 변화에 의해 수축되거나 팽창되는 것을 보상하기 위하여, 바닥재의 상부면 상에서 수평 방향으로 소정의 깊이를 갖는 라인 형태로 형성된 수평라인홈 및 수직 방향으로 소정의 깊이를 갖는 라인 형태로 형성된 수직라인홈; 온도 변화에 의해 수축되거나 팽창되는 것을 보상하기 위하여, 바닥재의 하부면 상에서 소정의 간격을 두고 형성된 제1벽들 및 소정의 간격을 두고 상기 제1벽들과 직각 방향으로 각기 교차되어 사각의 벽면들을 형성하는 제2벽들; 및 바닥재의 횡방향으로 가해지는 충격을 흡수하기 위하여, 상기 수평라인홈과 상기 수직라인홈의 주변에 형성된 충격흡수홈들;을 포함하는 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.
