Method for manufacturing pottery with variable shape of abstract pattern and pottery produced by the method
The present invention relates to a method for producing a pottery with a variably formed abstract pattern by using granite mixed minerals and a pottery produced thereby, capable of glazing more uniformly and evenly by granite mixed mineral powder. The method for producing a pottery with a variably formed abstract pattern by using granite mixed minerals comprises the following steps of: preparing primary object forming soil for forming a pottery; crushing a mineral corresponding to a granite mixed mineral including a rare earth elemental component, and collecting dust of the mineral; treating the collected dust by 1000 mesh to collect equivalent granite mixed mineral powder; forming secondary object forming soil by mixing the granite mixed mineral powder with the primary object forming soil at a ratio of 5-15 wt% and 85-95 wt%; forming a pottery for daily life and a pottery for appreciation by the secondary object forming soil, and biscuit-firing the potteries in a kiln at a temperature of 800-900°C for a required time; composing glaze to be applied by mixing the granite mixed mineral powder and water at a ratio of 15-50 wt% and 50-85 wt%, and glazing the biscuit-fired potteries for a time of immersing the same in the composed glaze, and drying the potteries such that an abstract pattern adheres and is formed; and roasting the glazed, biscuit-fired potteries twice by sintering the same in a kiln for 12 hours or more in a temperature around 1250°C.
본 발명은 화강암 혼합광물 파우더에 의한 유약의 시유가 보다 더 균일하고 균등하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 화강암 혼합광물을 이용하여 추상적 무늬가 가변적으로 성형된 도자기 제조방법 및 그의 방법으로 제조된 도자기에 관한 것이다. 본 도자기 제조방법은 도자기를 성형하는 1차 기물성형토를 준비하는 단계와; 희토류 원소 성분을 포함하는 화강암 혼합광물에 해당하는 광석을 파쇄하고 파쇄 중 상기 광석의 분진을 포집하는 단계와; 상기 포집된 분진을 1000메쉬로 처리하여 균등한 화강암 혼합광물파우더를 집진하는 단계와; 상기 화강암 혼합광물 파우더와 상기 1차 기물성형토가 5~15중량%와 85~95중량%의 비율로 혼합하여 2차 기물성형토를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 2차 기물성형토로 생활용 도자기 및 감상용 도자기를 성형하여 요구되는 시간동안 가마에서 800℃~900℃온도로 초벌구이하는 단계와; 상기 화강암 혼합광물파우더와 물을 15~50중량%와 50~85중량%의 비율로 혼합하여 도포하는 유약을 조성하고, 이를 상기 초벌구이 도자기에 침지하는 시간동안 시유하여 추상적 무늬가 점착 성형되도록 건조하는 단계와; 상기 유약이 시유된 초벌구이 도자기를 가마에서 1250℃온도 전후로 12시간이상 소성하여 재벌구이하는 단계를 포함한다.
