METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POTTERY AND POTTERY PRODUCED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a pottery manufacturing method, comprising the steps of: a pulverizing step which mixes celadon clay, mixed clay, and pottery clay in a 1 : 1 : 1 ratio and pulverizes the mixture; a forming and drying step which separately manufactures a body part and a support part using the pulverized material, attaches the body part and the support part to each other to mold pottery, and drying the molded pottery by 20%; a pattern expression step of engraving patterns on the molded and dried pottery; a biscuit firing step of biscuit firing the pottery engraved with the patterns; a natural cooling step of naturally cooling the biscuit fired pottery; a glazing step of glazing the naturally cooled pottery with a mixture of white clay, marble, feldspar, and ash oil in a 2 : 3 : 11 : 3 ratio; and a firing step of firing the glazed pottery. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing pottery having excellent strength and preventing cracks on the surface of pottery.
본 발명의 도자기 제조방법은, 청자토, 조합토, 옹기토를 1:1:1 비율로 혼합하여 토련하는 토련 단계; 토련된 재료로 본체 및 받침부를 각각 별도로 제작하여, 본체 및 받침부를 서로 부착시킴으로써 도자기를 성형하고, 성형된 도자기를 20% 건조시키는 성형·건조 단계; 성형·건조된 도자기에 문양을 새기는 문양 표현 단계; 문양이 새겨진 도자기를 초벌하는 초벌 단계; 초벌된 도자기를 자연 냉각하는 자연 냉각 단계; 자연 냉각된 도자기를 물토, 대리석, 장석, 재유를 2:3:11:3 비율로 혼합한 유약으로 시유하는 시유 단계; 및 시유된 도자기를 재벌하는 재벌 단계를 포함한다.
