The present invention relates to a double wall pipe for a sewer pipeline and a manufacturing method thereof, the double wall pipe comprising: an inner pipe (2) formed by means of a first extrusion with polyethylene or polypropylene; and a corrugated pipe (6), including an outer wall (3) formed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe (2) by a uniform thickness by means of a second extrusion with polyethylene or polypropylene on the outside of the inner pipe (2) that is formed by the first extrusion, a plurality of annular ribs (4), each of which is formed to protrude by a predetermined thickness towards the outside of a radial direction of the inner pipe by partially vacuum-suctioning the outer wall (3) in a radial direction of the inner pipe before the outer wall (3) is hardened on the outside of the inner pipe (2), and at least one reinforcing rib (5), each of which is formed by a predetermined thickness in a longitudinal direction on the outer wall (3) at every gap between the two adjacent annular ribs (4), and which is provided along the circumference of the outer wall (3).
본 발명은 하수관용 이중벽관 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 1차 압출에 의해 성형된 내측관(2)과; 1차 압출성형된 내측관(2)의 외측에 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 2차 압출에 의해 일정한 두께로 상기 내측관(2)의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성된 외측벽(3)과, 각각은 상기 외측벽(3)이 내측관(2)의 외측에서 경화되기 전에 외측벽(3)을 내측관의 반경방향으로 부분적으로 진공흡입하여 내측관의 반경방향 외측으로 일정한 두께만큼 돌출되게 형성되고, 내측관(2)의 길이방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 반복하여 형성된 복수의 환형 리브(4)와, 인접하는 2개의 환형 리브(4) 사이마다 외측벽(3)상에 길이방향을 따라 각각 일정한 두께로 형성되고 외측벽(3)의 둘레를 따라 적어도 하나 이상 구비된 보강 리브(5)를 가진 주름관(6);을 포함한다.
