The present invention relates to a mold forming apparatus for a double-walled sewer pipe and double-walled sewer pipe manufacturing equipment including the same. The mold forming apparatus comprises: a base plate which is installed horizontally; a mold conveying member which is arranged in a rectangular shape on the base plate, in which a pair of conveying lines, which have round path portions at front and rear ends thereof, respectively, and a straight path portion formed between the round path portions at the front and rear ends thereof, are provided to be bilaterally symmetrical, a pipe conveying path is formed between the pair of conveying lines, and an inlet and an outlet are provided at front and rear ends of the pipe conveying path, respectively; a plurality of molds which are fastened and continuously arranged to be conveyed along the conveying line of the mold conveying member; and a driving part for conveying the plurality of molds along the conveying line, wherein the plurality of molds are configured to form concave-convex portions on two external planes at positions facing each other among four external planes, while being conveyed along the pair of conveying lines and making contact with left and right side surfaces of a rectangular profile of a pipe body, which is an extruded synthetic resin product passing through the pipe conveying path, and each of the plurality of molds is provided in a pair having a bilateral symmetrical structure, is configured to form a concave-convex forming portion on an inner surface of a forming space, and is formed by pressing the left and right sides of the rectangular profile of the pipe body that is introduced through the inlet of the mold conveying mold. According to the present invention, a coupling force and adhesive force on an adhesive portion between rectangular profiles can be significantly improved.
본 발명은 이중벽 하수관용 몰드 성형장치 및 이를 포함하는 이중벽 하수관 제조설비에 관한 것으로서, 수평 상태로 설치되는 베이스플레이트; 상기 베이스플레이트 상에 장방형으로 배치되고, 선단과 후단에 각각 라운드 경로부가 형성되면서 상기 선단과 후단의 라운드 경로부 사이에는 직선 경로부가 형성된 한 쌍의 이송라인이 좌우 대칭으로 구비되고, 상기 한 쌍의 이송라인 사이에 관이송로가 형성되며, 상기 관이송로의 선단과 후단에는 각각 인입구와 인출구가 마련된 몰드이송부재; 상기 몰드이송부재의 이송라인을 따라 이송되도록 체결 및 연속 배열되는 복수 개의 몰드; 및 상기 복수 개의 몰드를 상기 이송라인을 따라 이송시키는 구동부;를 포함하는 이중벽 하수관용 몰드 성형장치에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 몰드는, 상기 한 쌍의 이송라인을 따라 이송되면서 관이송로를 통해 이동 경유하게 되는 압출 성형된 합성수지제품인 관체의 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면에 접촉되어 4개의 외부평면 중 대향 위치에 있는 2개의 외부평면에 요철부를 성형하기 위한 구성이며, 상기 복수 개의 몰드 각각은, 좌우 대칭구조로 이루어지는 한 쌍으로 구비되어 관이송로 상에서 서로 마주하도록 배치되고, 성형공간의 내면에 요철성형부를 형성하되 몰드이송부재의 인입구를 통해 인입되는 관체의 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면을 누름 가압하여 성형하도록 구성하는 이중벽 하수관용 몰드 성형장치 및 이를 포함하는 이중벽 하수관 제조설비를 제안한다.
