Devices that open and close sliding window
The present invention relates to a device for automatically opening and closing a sliding window, which is improved to enable a precise opening and closing operation by preventing a malfunction when a sliding window is opened or closed by using a chain. To this end, the present invention is provided to allow a sliding window (W) to be opened and closed by using a chain (24) moved by driving power of a reversible deceleration motor (26), and comprises: a pair of gear housings (21, 21′) provided to be individually fixed to both sides of a long support member (10); and a driving chain gear (23) and a driven chain gear (23′) which are rotatably provided after being individually fixed to a gear shaft (22) which is individually stood at the gear housings (21, 21′). Here, in one gear housing (21), a worm wheel gear (28) linked and engaged with a worm (27) rotated by the driving power of the reversible deceleration motor (26) is fixed to the gear shaft (22) such that the driving chain gear (23) may be rotated. In addition, the driving chain gear (23) and the driven chain gear (23′) are connected to have a first-row chain unit (24a) and a second row chain unit (24b) opposed to each other such that the chain (24) may be rotatably provided. Furthermore, in the middle of the first-row chain unit (24a), a moving member (25), which is provided such that an L-shaped window connecting bracket (252) may protrude from one side, is fixed to be movable.
본 발명은 체인을 이용하여 미닫이창문이 개폐되도록 하는데 있어서 고장 발생이 없도록 하여 확실하게 개폐 동작할 수 있도록 개선된 미닫이창문 자동개폐장치에 관한 것으로서, 정역감속모터(26) 동력으로 이동되는 체인(24)을 이용하여 미닫이창문(W)이 개폐되도록 하는 것에 있어서, 기다란 지지부재(10) 양측에 각각 고정되게 구비되는 한쌍의 기어하우징(21,21')과, 상기 기어하우징(21,21')에 각각 기립되게 구비되는 기어축(22)에 각각 고정되어 회전 가능하도록 구비되는 구동체인기어(23) 및 종동체인기어(23')를 포함하고, 상기 하나의 기어하우징(21) 내부에는 정역감속모터(26) 동력으로 회전되는 워엄(27)에 맞물려서 연동되는 워엄휠기어(28)가 기어축(22)에 고정되어 구동체인기어(23)가 회동되도록 구성되고, 상기 구동체인기어(23)와 종동체인기어(23') 사이에는 상호 대향되는 1열체인부(24a)와 2열체인부(24b)를 갖도록 연결되어 체인(24)이 회동 가능하도록 구성되고, 상기 1열체인부(24a) 중간에는 ㄱ자형 창문연결브라켓트(252)가 일측에 돌출되도록 구비되는 이동부재(25)가 고정되어 이동가능하도록 구성되게 이루어진 것이다.
