The present invention relates to a prefabricated light mold with a dividable lateral plate, which is formed by combining a plurality of lateral plate units with a pair of lateral plates installed on both sides of a lower plate, and, more specifically, to a prefabricated light mold with a dividable lateral plate, capable of facilitating the welding of a stirrup and having excellent manufacturing efficiency while being applied to various beam heights by regulating the number of lateral plate units having a predetermined standard in accordance with the height of a beam. According to the present invention, the prefabricated light mold comprises: a lower plate for placing concrete therein; and a pair of lateral plates installed on both sides of the lower plate, respectively. The lateral plates are formed by combining a plurality of lateral plate units vertically. The lateral plate units comprise: a side plate; an upper rib curved horizontally from the top of the side plate to the inside; and a lower rib curved horizontally from the bottom of the side plate to the inside to be combined with the upper rib of a lower lateral plate unit. A horizontal extension part extended in a horizontal direction is formed in an end part of the lower rib, and an insertion groove in which a stirrup placed in the mold is inserted and fixed by welding is formed in an inner end part of the horizontal extension part.
본 발명은 하부판의 양측 상부에 구비되는 한 쌍의 측판이 복수의 측판 유니트를 상하로 결합하여 구성되는 측판 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 보 높이에 따라 일정 규격의 측판 유니트 개수를 조절하여 설치할 수 있어 다양한 보 높이에 적용 가능하면서 제작 효율이 우수하고 스터럽을 쉽게 용접할 수 있는 측면 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 측판 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집은 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하기 위해 하부판과 상기 하부판의 양측 상부에 각각 구비되는 한 쌍의 측판으로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 측판은 측면판, 상기 측면판의 상단에서 내측으로 수평 절곡되는 상부리브 및 상기 측면판의 하단에서 내측으로 수평 절곡되어 하부 측판 유니트의 상부리브에 결합되는 하부리브로 구성되는 복수의 측판 유니트를 상하로 결합하여 구성되고, 상기 하부리브의 단부에는 내측 수평 방향으로 연장되는 수평연장부가 형성되고, 상기 수평연장부의 내측 단부에는 거푸집의 내부에 배근되는 스터럽이 삽입되어 용접에 의해 고정되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A horizontal extension part extended in a horizontal direction is formed in an end part of the lower rib, and an insertion groove in which a stirrup placed in the mold is inserted and fixed by welding is formed in an inner end part of the horizontal extension part.
본 발명은 하부판의 양측 상부에 구비되는 한 쌍의 측판이 복수의 측판 유니트를 상하로 결합하여 구성되는 측판 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 보 높이에 따라 일정 규격의 측판 유니트 개수를 조절하여 설치할 수 있어 다양한 보 높이에 적용 가능하면서 제작 효율이 우수하고 스터럽을 쉽게 용접할 수 있는 측면 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 측판 분할형 선조립 경량 거푸집은 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하기 위해 하부판과 상기 하부판의 양측 상부에 각각 구비되는 한 쌍의 측판으로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 측판은 측면판, 상기 측면판의 상단에서 내측으로 수평 절곡되는 상부리브 및 상기 측면판의 하단에서 내측으로 수평 절곡되어 하부 측판 유니트의 상부리브에 결합되는 하부리브로 구성되는 복수의 측판 유니트를 상하로 결합하여 구성되고, 상기 하부리브의 단부에는 내측 수평 방향으로 연장되는 수평연장부가 형성되고, 상기 수평연장부의 내측 단부에는 거푸집의 내부에 배근되는 스터럽이 삽입되어 용접에 의해 고정되는 삽입홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
