A Waterproofing Treatment Composition for Road and Complex Waterproofing Methods using Waterproofing Sheet
The present invention relates to a bridge surface waterproofing agent composition and a composite waterproofing method using the composition and a waterproof sheet, wherein the composition is composed of: 10-40 parts by weight of styrene butadien styrene; 5-30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 3-20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 1-10 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 5-20 parts by weight of paraffin; 1-30 parts by weight of caustic soda; 10-30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 3-15 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 3-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5-30 parts by weight of an antistripping agent; 3-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1-20 parts by weight of an adhesion improver; and 0.1-5 parts by weight of a defoamer, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. Therefore, the bridge surface waterproofing agent composition, and the composite waterproofing method using the composition and a waterproof sheet can form an additional protecting film by applying a coating material with excellent permeation performance to microcracks on concrete or pores on a capillary tube, can strongly bond concrete bridge surface and a waterproofing agent interface that are likely to be damaged by external load or impact, can significantly improve durability of the concrete bridge surface by improving water permeability resistance, and can maximize waterproofing performance by forming multiple waterproofing layers by using a waterproof sheet.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 40중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 음이온 유화제 3 내지 20중량부; 옥틸페놀에톡실레이트 1 내지 10중량부; 파라핀 중량부 5 내지 20중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 30중량부; 탄산칼슘 10 내지 30중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 20중량부; 및 소포제 0.1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이 조성물과 방수시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물 및 이 조성물과 방수시트를 이용한 복합방수공법은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있으며, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 방수시트를 이용하여 다층의 방수층을 형성함으로써 방수 성능을 극대화 할 수 있다.
