A Waterproofing Treatment Composition for Road and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a waterproofing agent composition for a bridge surface, including: 10-40 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 5-30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 10-20 parts by weight of lithium silicate; 2-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol powder; 1-10 parts by weight of octyl phenol ethoxylate; 5-20 parts by weight of paraffin; 1-10 parts by weight of bentonite; 10-30 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 3-15 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 3-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5-30 parts by weight of anti-peeling agent; and 3-10 parts by weight of an anti-oxidant, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, and a waterproofing construction method using the same. The waterproofing agent composition for a bridge surface according to the present invention can form an additional protective film by applying a coating agent having high permeability to microcracks and capillary voids to a waterproofing construction method, can rigidify the binding at the interface between the waterproofing agent and a concrete bridge surface susceptible to external load, impact, or the like, and can provide improved resistance against water permeation, and thus can improve the durability of a bridge surface significantly.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 40중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 리튬실리케이트 10 내지 20중량부; 폴리비닐알코올 분말 2 내지 10중량부; 옥틸페놀에톡실레이트 1 내지 10중량부; 파라핀 5 내지 20중량부; 벤토나이트 1 내지 10중량부; 탄산칼슘 10 내지 30중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 및 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
