Waterproofing Treatment Composition for Road and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a bridge surface waterproofing composition and a waterproofing method using the same. The bridge surface waterproofing composition comprises: with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 10 to 30 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 3 to 10 parts by weight of a reactive diluent; 3 to 20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of re-emulsified polymer powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of paraffin; 1 to 20 parts by weight of caustic soda; 1 to 10 parts by weight of bentonite; 3 to 15 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 1 to 10 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5 to 30 parts by weight of an anti-stripping agent; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 1 to 15 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter. According to the present invention, a coating agent having excellent penetration performance to micro-cracks and capillary pores of a concrete is applied to a waterproofing method, thereby forming an additional protective film, firmly bonding a concrete bridge surface and an interface of a waterproofing agent easily damaged by external load or impact, improving chloride penetration resistance and freeze-melting resistance, and improving water permeation resistance to remarkably improve durability of the concrete bridge surface.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 30중량부; 반응성 희석제 3 내지 10중량부; 음이온 유화제 3 내지 20중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 0.01 내지 5중량부; 파라핀 중량부 1 내지 10중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 20중량부; 벤토나이트 1 내지 10중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 3 내지 15중량부; 나노세라믹입자 1 내지 10중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 부착증진제 1 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 염화물 침투 저항성 및 동결융해에 대한 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a bridge surface waterproofing composition and a waterproofing method using the same.
