Anchoring apparatus for easy construction of anchor and anchor construction method using the same
The present invention relates to an anchoring device with easy anchor construction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anchoring device with easy anchor construction includes: a vibration adsorption plate including a drill hole penetrating the center; a drilling extension bar extended to a part in which a worker is located; a drill blade forming the drilling hole; a drill rotation rod including a drilling rod head part; a suction hose drawing in air from the vibration adsorption plate; and an adsorption controller combined with the suction hose to control the flow of air in the suction hose. Therefore, the anchoring device is capable of preventing an accident to a worker and enabling quick and easy anchoring work.
본 발명은 작업자와 멀리 이격된 설치면에 앙카를 설치하기 위한 앙카의 시공이 용이한 앙카링 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 앙카의 시공이 용이한 앙카링 장치는 설치면을 천공하여 천공홀을 형성하는 천공기, 상기 천공홀에 앙카를 삽입하여 설치하는 앙카삽입기, 상기 앙카에 전산볼트를 설치하는 볼트삽입기를 포함하는 앙카의 시공이 용이한 앙카링 장치에 있어서, 상기 천공기는 상기 설치면에 흡착되며 중앙에 드릴공이 관통형성되는 진공 흡착판, 상기 진공 흡착판에 끝단이 결합되어 상기 설치면에 흡착된 상태에서 작업자가 위치된 부분까지 연장되는 천공 연장대, 상기 드릴공에 위치되고 상기 설치면을 천공하여 천공홀을 형성하는 드릴날, 상기 드릴날이 일단에 결합되어 상기 드릴날을 회전시키며 타단은 상기 천공 연장대의 끝단으로 돌출되도록 상기 천공 연장대를 관통하여 상기 천공 연장대에서 회전 가능하게 설치되며 돌출된 끝단에 상기 드릴날을 회전시키기 위한 전동공구를 결합하는 천공 로드헤드부를 포함하는 드릴 회전로드, 상기 천공 연장대에서 상기 드릴 회전로드를 회전과 동시에 축방향으로의 이동이 가능하도록 지지하는 천공 로드베어링, 상기 진공 흡착판이 상기 설치면에 공기 흡입에 의해 흡착되도록 상기 진공 흡착판과 공기를 흡입하는 공기흡입장치를 연결하여 상기 진공 흡착판의 공기를 흡입하는 흡입호스, 및 상기 흡입호스에 결합되어 상기 진공 흡착판이 상기 설치면에 부착되거나 상기 설치면에서 분리되도록 상기 흡입호스의 공기 이동을 제어하는 흡착제어기를 포함한다. 따라서, 작업자의 안전사고를 방지하며, 신속하고 용이하게 앙카링 작업을 수행할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an anchoring device with easy anchor construction.
