Stainless prefabricated water tank
The present invention relates to a stainless prefabricated water tank, which is provided to reinforce the circumference plate and the upper and lower plates of a water tank by means of a vertical partition unit installed at the center on the inside of the water tank. The present invention comprises: a water tank including a lower plate of a stainless material of a rectangular shape, and further including a circumference plate comprising a plurality of stainless vertical panels which are fixedly provided to be vertically erected along the circumference of the lower plate and of which the end portions of the both sides are mutually connected, and an upper plate of a stainless material which is horizontally fixed at the upper portion of the circumference plate; and a vertical partition unit which is fixedly erected in a vertical manner in a longitudinal direction at the middle of the left-and-right direction on the inside of the water tank to form two water chambers to store water at the both sides of the water tank in order to reinforce the inside of the water tank. Each of the stainless vertical panels further comprises a vertical plate and a connecting bending unit which is bent toward the inside of the water tank at the end portions of the both sides of the vertical plate. Each connecting bending unit of each stainless vertical panel is overlapped with the connecting bending unit of another stainless vertical panel which is adjacent to be connected so as to be sealed and welded. The lower and upper-end portions of each stainless vertical panel are fixed to be sealed and welded at the end portion of the circumference of the lower and upper plates.
본 발명은 물탱크의 내부 중앙에 설치되는 수직 칸막이부를 통해 물탱크의 둘레판과 상,하판을 보강할 수 있도록 하는 스테인리스 조립식 물탱크에 관한 것으로, 직사각형 형상의 스테인리스 재질의 하판을 포함하고, 하판의 둘레를 따라 수직으로 세워지게 고정 구비되고 양쪽의 단부가 서로 연결되는 다수의 스테인리스 수직패널을 포함하는 둘레판과, 둘레판의 상부에 수평으로 고정되는 스테인리스 재질의 상판을 포함하는 물탱크와; 상기 물탱크 내부의 좌우 방향의 중간에 종방향으로 수직으로 세워지게 고정되어 물탱크의 양측에 두 개의 물을 저장하는 물챔버를 형성시키면서 물탱크의 내부를 보강하는 수직 칸막이부;를 포함하고, 각각의 스테인리스 수직패널은 수직판과 수직판의 양쪽의 단부에 물탱크의 내부쪽으로 절곡되게 형성되는 연결 절곡부를 더 포함하며, 각각의 스테인리스 수직패널의 각 연결 절곡부는 바로 옆에 이웃하는 다른 스테인리스 수직패널의 연결 절곡부에 포개져 밀봉 용접되게 연결되고, 각각의 스테인리스 수직패널의 하,상단부는 상기 하,상판의 둘레 단부에 밀봉 용접되게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a stainless prefabricated water tank, which is provided to reinforce the circumference plate and the upper and lower plates of a water tank by means of a vertical partition unit installed at the center on the inside of the water tank.
