Safe Road Decking Panel for Assembly Top Plate Structure
The present invention relates to a safety lining board with a prefabricated upper plate structure, which comprises: an upper plate member which is exposed on the ground, and in which a plurality of embossings are formed at an upper portion such that a vehicle may be driven; and a lower frame which is coupled to a lower portion of the upper plate member in order to provide a supporting power. Moreover, in the lower frame, a plurality of H-steel channel members are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of reinforcing rods are welded to be attached in order to connect the plurality of H-steel channel members. In addition, a plurality of circular nuts are attached and fixated to support upper and lower surfaces of a wing unit in order to prevent the wing unit from being bent or sagging due to repeated application of a high load of the H-steel, thereby preventing the linked upper plate member from sagging. Furthermore, a horizontal and vertical connecting plate structure is provided to allow the members of the lining board and the other lining board to be coupled and connected in series or in parallel.
본 발명은 조립형 상부판 구조 적용의 안심 복공판에 관한 것으로, 지상에 노출되며 다수의 엠보싱이 상부에 형성되어 차량이 주행하도록 하는 상부판 부재; 상기 상부판 부재의 하부에 결합되어 지지력을 발휘하는 하부 프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 하부 프레임은, 다수의 H형강 채널부재가 병렬 배치되고, 다수의 H형강 채널부재 간을 연결하는 다수의 보강대가 용접 부착되며, H형강의 반복적 고하중 인가에 따른 날개부 휘어짐과 처짐의 발생을 방지하도록 날개부의 상하면을 지지하도록 원형너트가 다수로 고정되게 부착되어 연계된 상부판 부재의 쳐짐을 방지하도록 하여 이루어진다. 더하여 복공판과 타 복공판 부재간 직병렬로 연결결합 가능하도록 하는 가로 및 세로 연결판 구조를 갖도록함에 특징이 있다.
