WEAVING MACHINE FOR WALKING MAT
The present invention relates to a weaving machine for a walking mat, configured to tightly retain a vertical line while closely attaching a horizontal line to the vertical line so that a matt can be densely and firmly woven and foreign substances such as dust attached to a vertical line intersection unit can be suitably removed. The weaving machine of the present invention comprises: a vertical line input unit (10) which inputs a vertical line (A); a tension retaining unit (20) installed at the front of the vertical line input unit (10) and configured to retain tension of the vertical line (A); a vertical line intersection unit (30) installed at the front of the tension retaining unit (20) and configured to intersect the vertical line (A); a horizontal line input unit (40) installed at the front of the vertical line intersection unit (30) and configured to input a horizontal line (B) between vertical lines (A); a horizontal line attachment unit (50) installed between the front of the vertical line intersection unit (30) and the rear of the horizontal line input unit (40); a mat discharge unit (60) installed at the front of the horizontal line attachment unit (50) and configured to discharge a woven mat (M) to the outside; and a mat fixing and releasing unit (70) installed between the horizontal line attachment unit (50) and the mat discharge unit (60) and configured to fix the woven mat (M) or release the fixing of the woven mat (M).
본 발명은 세로줄에 가로줄이 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하면서 세로줄 자체가 팽팽하게 유지될 수 있도록 하여 매트 자체가 조밀하면서 견고하게 직조될 수 있도록 하고 세로줄 교차부에 점착된 먼지 등의 이물질이 적절히 제거될 수 있도록 하는 보행매트 직조 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 직조 장치는 세로줄(A)을 투입하는 세로줄 투입부(10)와, 상기 세로줄 투입부(10)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A)의 장력을 유지하는 장력유지부(20)와, 상기 장력유지부(20)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A)을 교차시키는 세로줄 교차부(30)와, 상기 세로줄 교차부(30)의 전방에 설치되고 세로줄(A) 사이로 가로줄(B)을 투입시키는 가로줄 투입부(40)와, 상기 세로줄 교차부(30)의 전방으로 상기 가로줄 투입부(40)의 후방에 설치되는 가로줄 밀착부(50)와, 상기 가로줄 밀착부(50)의 전방에 설치되고 직조된 매트(M)를 외부로 배출시키는 매트배출부(60)와, 상기 가로줄 밀착부(50)와 매트배출부(60)의 사이에 설치되고 직조된 매트(M)를 고정시키거나 그 고정을 해제시키는 매트고정 및 해제부(70)를 포함한다.
