EQUIPMENT FOR TREATING GRANULATED SLAG
According to the present invention, equipment for treating granulated slag to prevent the granulated slag from being stuck includes: a stirring tank for receiving water and granulated slag generated by atomizing blast furnace slag using cooling water; a dewatering hopper for dewatering a mixture of the granulated slag and the water transferred from the stirring tank to an outside through a screen unit; a sedimentation tank for precipitating fine granulated slag remaining in the water dewatered and transferred from the dewatering hopper; a cooling tower for cooling the water transferred from the sedimentation tank; and a cooling water storage tank for storing the cooled water, wherein the screen unit has a side screen and a lower screen, a waterproof plate is installed along a periphery of the side screen, a side drainage duct having an open top is formed at a lower portion of a drainage space between the side screen and the waterproof plate, and a water sprinkling unit is installed on an upper portion of the drainage space to prevent the granulated slag from being stuck to the side drainage duct.
본 발명에 따른 수재슬래그 처리설비는, 냉각수에 의해 고로슬래그가 미립화되어 생성된 수재슬래그와 물을 수용하는 교반조; 상기 교반조로부터 이송된 수재슬래그와 물의 혼합물을 스크린부를 통해 외측으로 탈수시키는 탈수호퍼; 상기 탈수호퍼에서 탈수되어 이송된 물에 남은 미세한 수재슬래그를 침전시키는 침전조; 및 상기 침전조에서 이송된 물을 냉각시키는 냉각탑과, 냉각된 물을 저장하는 냉각수저장조;를 포함하며, 상기 스크린부는 측부스크린과 하부스크린을 구비하며, 상기 측부스크린의 둘레를 따라 방수판이 설치되고, 상기 측부스크린과 방수판 사이의 배수공간의 하측에는 상부가 개방된 측부배수덕트가 형성되며, 상기 측부배수덕트에 수재슬래그가 고착되는 것을 차단하도록, 상기 배수공간의 상측에 살수유닛이 설치된다.
