Pressurized type Pre-embedded Anchor by Pressurized for Bridge Inspection Facility and Method for constructing this same
The present invention relates to a pressurized pre-embedded anchor for fixing a bridge inspection facility, and a construction method thereof which ensures stability due to pre-embedding thereof by fixing the pre-embedded anchor using a form and rebars during bridge construction, and which fixes the pre-embedded anchor by a simple operation without damage to the form and the rebars. The pressurized pre-embedded anchor for fixing a bridge inspection facility comprises: a coupler assembly which includes a base plate (10) having at least one anchor bolt through-hole and is supported by the pouring surface of the form, and a nut-type coupler (20) having an anchor bolt fastening portion passing through the anchor bolt through-hole of the base plate, and fixed to the base plate; and a pressure assembly for fixing the coupler assembly by bringing the same into contact with the form using, as a support base, the rebars arranged inside the form. The pressure assembly includes: a pressure bolt (30) having a front end supported by the base plate of the coupler assembly; and a pressure plate (40) which is screw-fastened to the pressure bolt and pressurizes and supports the coupler assembly against the form through the pressure bolt by being supported by the rebars while being moved to the rebars by the fastening of the pressure bolt.
본 발명은 교량 점검시설 고정용 가압식 선매립 앵커 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 교량의 시공 시 거푸집과 철근을 이용하여 선매립 앵커를 고정함으로써 선매립으로 인한 안정성을 확보하고 거푸집과 철근의 손상없이 간단한 조작으로 고정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 교량 점검시설 고정용 가압식 선매립 앵커는, 하나 이상의 앵커볼트 관통홀이 구비되며 거푸집의 타설면에 지지되는 기초판(10) 및 상기 기초판의 앵커볼트 관통홀과 통하는 앵커볼트 체결부가 구비되며 상기 기초판에 고정되는 너트형의 커플러(20)로 이루어지는 커플러 조립체와; 상기 거푸집의 안쪽에 배근되는 철근을 지지기반으로 하여 상기 커플러 조립체를 상기 거푸집에 밀착시켜 고정하는 가압 조립체를 포함하고, 상기 가압 조립체는 선단부가 상기 커플러 조립체의 기초판에 지지되는 가압 볼트(30) 및 상기 가압 볼트에 나사 체결되며 상기 가압 볼트의 체결에 의해 상기 철근으로 이동하면서 상기 철근에 지지되어 상기 가압 볼트를 통해 상기 커플러 조립체를 상기 거푸집에 가압 지지하는 가압판(40)으로 구성된다.
