The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar fixing type pre-embedded anchor for fixing a bridge inspection facility and a construction method for the same. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain stability by pre-embedment by fixing a pre-embedded anchor using a reinforcing bar arranged in a bridge before placing concrete when constructing the bridge and also fix the pre-embedded anchor by a simple control without damage to a mold and the reinforcing bar. According to the present invention, the reinforcing bar fixing type pre-embedded anchor for fixing a bridge inspection facility comprises: a coupler (10) installed on the inner side of the mold (1), wherein a front end of the coupler (10) is supported on a placing surface of the mold and an anchor bolt fixing a bridge inspection facility is coupled to the inside of the coupler (10); and a reinforcing bar fixing bar (20) connected to the coupler and fixed to the reinforcing bar arranged in a placing space formed by the mold, wherein the reinforcing bar fixing bar (20) maintains a pre-embedded state of the coupler on the reinforcing bar. The reinforcing bar fixing bar comprises: a coupler connection unit (21) connected to rotate on the circumference of the coupler; and a reinforcing bar welding unit (22) extended from the coupler connection unit and fixed to the reinforcing bar by being welded. The reinforcing bar fixing bar is welded and fixed while rotating toward the reinforcing bar when the reinforcing bar fixing bar is connected to the coupler.
본 발명은 교량 점검시설 고정용 철근 고정식 선매립 앵커 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 교량의 시공 시 콘크리트를 타설하기 전에 교량 안에 배근되는 철근을 이용하여 선매립 앵커를 고정함으로써 선매립으로 인한 안정성을 확보하고 거푸집과 철근의 손상없이 간단한 조작으로 고정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 교량 점검시설 고정용 철근 고정식 선매립 앵커는, 거푸집(1)의 안쪽에 배치되어 선단부가 상기 거푸집의 타설면에 지지되며 내부에 교량 점검 시설을 고정하는 앵커 볼트가 체결되는 커플러(10)와; 상기 커플러에 연결되며 상기 거푸집에 의한 타설공간에 배근된 철근에 고정되어 상기 철근을 지지기반으로 하여 상기 커플러를 선매립 상태로 유지하는 철근 고정바(20)를 포함하되, 상기 철근 고정바는 상기 커플러의 둘레부에 회전 가능하게 연결되는 커플러 연결부(21) 및 상기 커플러 연결부에서 연장 형성되며 상기 철근에 용접으로 고정되는 철근 용접부(22)로 이루어져, 상기 커플러에 연결된 상태에서 철근을 향해 회전하면서 용접 고정된다.
