According to the present invention, provided are a composite waterproofing layer and a construction method thereof, wherein the composite waterproofing layer can minimize environmental pollution, have excellent worker safety and workability in case of construction, minimize a concentration of volatile organic compounds, minimize influences on environmental variables, and have excellent waterproofing properties. Also, the composite waterproofing layer can have more excellent physical properties such as adhering force and tensile strength than a conventional art even while being constructed under a sub-zero lower temperature condition.
본 발명에 따른 복합 방수층 및 이의 시공 방법은 환경오염을 최소화할 수 있으면서, 시공 시 작업자의 안전성 및 작업성이 우수한 효과가 있으며, 휘발성 유기화합물의 농도를 최소화할 수 있으면서, 환경 변수에 대한 영향을 최소화고, 우수한 방수 특성을 가지는 효과가 있다. 또한 영하의 낮은 온도 조건에서 시공해도 부착력, 인장강도 등의 물성이 종래 기술 대비 우수한 효과가 있다.
