PAINT COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING NEUTRALIZATION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a paint composition for preventing neutralization of a concrete structure with excellent long-term durability even with a thin film by forming a strong coating film on an applied area by using inorganic alkaline properties as it is, and to a construction method using the same. The anti-paint composition according to the present invention comprises: a main material including 20 to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl resin, 10 to 40 parts by weight of ceramic flake particles, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a diluent based on 100 parts by weight of an acrylic polyol resin; and a polyisocyanate curing agent, wherein the mixing ratio of the main material and the curing agent is 1 : 1 to 5 : 1 by weight ratio.
무기알칼리성 물성을 그대로 이용하여 적용부위에 강인한 도막을 형성시켜 얇은 피막으로도 장기간 내구성이 우수한 콘트리트 구조물 중성화 방지용 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 방지용 도료 조성물은 아크릴폴리올 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 비닐수지 20~100중량부, 세라믹 편상입자 10~40중량부, 희석제 1~20중량부를 포함하는 주제; 및 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제;를 포함하고, 상기 주제와 상기 경화제의 혼합비는 중량비로 1 : 1 ~ 5 : 1 이다.
