Graphene mortar for concrete maintenance paint of preventing neutralization and maintenance method of concrete
The present invention relates to graphene mortar for concrete repair, paint of preventing neutralization, and a repair construction method using the same. The method comprises: a step of arranging a damaged part of rear part concrete of a bridge expansion joint device; a cleaning step of cleaning the arranged damaged part; applying a rust preventive agent to the surface of a reinforcing bar to prevent oxidation of the reinforcing bar when exposed; a concrete adhesion reinforcing agent application step of applying an adhesion reinforcing agent to the surface of the damaged part; a cross-section restoration step of filling the damaged part with mortar on the adhesion reinforcing agent at the damaged part; a damaged part curing step of curing the damaged part at a constant temperature after the cross-section restoration step; and finishing by applying wear-resistant functional paint to the cured surface. A mortar composition of the present invention is used to improve the bonding properties with the damaged part of a structure, and to have abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance by using a paint composition, thereby improving mechanical properties. In addition, even if external factors such as impact occur on the repaired cross-section, re-damage can be prevented through improvement of material properties.
본 발명은 콘크리트 보수를 위한 그래핀 몰탈 및 중성화 방지를 위한 도료, 이를 이용한 보수시공방법에 있어서, 교량 신축이음장치의 후타부 콘크리트의 손상부위를 정리하는 단계; 및, 정리된 손상부위를 세척하는 세척단계; 및, 철근 노출 시 철근의 산화 방지를 위하여 철근의 표면에 방청제를 도포하는 단계; 및, 손상부위 표면에 접착 강화제를 도포하는 콘크리트 접착 강화제 도포단계; 및, 상기 손상부위의 접착 강화제 상에 몰탈을 충진하여 손상부위를 메우는 단면복구단계; 및, 상기 단면복구단계 이후 일정온도로 양생하는 손상부위 양생단계; 및, 양생완료된 표면에 내마모성을 갖는 기능성 도료를 도포하여 마감처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것으로 본 발명의 몰탈 조성물을 활용하여 구조물의 손상부위와 결합성을 향상시키고, 도료 조성물을 활용하여 내마모성, 내부식성을 갖게 함으로서 기계적 물성을 개선할 수 있다. 아울러, 보수완료 된 단면에 충격등의 외부 요인이 발생하더라도 재료적 물성 향상을 통해 재 손상을 방지할 수 있는 기술적 특징을 갖고 있다.
