DRIVE REDUCER FOR DOUBLE CASING-AUGER
The present invention relates to a double casing auger drive reducer, and more specifically, to a double casing auger drive reducer that can simultaneously perform rotation of an auger through one reducer and rotation of a casing auger in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the auger using a sun gear, a planetary gear and a ring gear. To this end, the present invention provides the double casing auger drive reducer, including: a fixing bracket including a reducer coupling unit that performs connection to the reducer, and a gear unit coupling unit for fixing the upper body of a gear unit; a main shaft including a speed reducer connector that is connected to a shaft of a speed reducer to transmit the driving force of the speed reducer, an auger connector that transmits the driving force received through the reducer connector to the auger, and the sun gear that transmits the driving force transmitted through the reducer connector to the gear unit; the gear unit including an upper body coupled and fixed to a lower part of the fixing bracket, the planetary gear fixed to the upper body and transmitting the driving force transmitted to the sun gear to the ring gear, the ring gear coupled to the upper body by a ring bearing and rotating in a direction opposite to the sun gear by driving force transmitted from the planetary gear, and a lower body that is coupled to the ring gear to rotate integrally with the ring gear; and a skirt that connects the casing auger and the lower body of the gear unit in a cylindrical shape, and rotates integrally with the lower body to rotate the casing auger in a direction opposite to the auger.
본 발명은 더블 케이싱오거 구동 감속기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 선기어, 유성기어 및 링기어를 이용하여 하나의 감속기를 통하여 오거(AUGER)를 회전시킴과 동시에 케이싱오거를 오거의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 회전시키는 두가지 작업을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 더블 케이싱오거 구동 감속기에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 감속기와 연결시켜주는 감속기 결합부 및 기어부의 상부바디를 고정해주는 기어부 결합부를 포함하는 고정 브라켓과 감속기의 축과 연결되어 감속기의 구동력을 전달하는 감속기 커넥터, 상기 감속기 커넥터를 통하여 전달받은 구동력을 오거에 전달시켜주는 오거 커넥터 및 상기 감속기 커넥터를 통하여 전달받은 구동력을 기어부로 전달시켜주는 선기어를 포함하는 메인샤프트와 상기 고정브라켓의 하부에 결합되어 고정되는 상부바디, 상기 상부바디에 고정되어 상기 선기어로 전달받은 구동력을 링기어로 전달하는 유성기어, 상기 상부바디와 링베어링으로 결합되어 상기 유성기어로부터 전달 받은 구동력으로 선기어와 반대방향으로 회전하는 링기어 및 링기어와 결합하여 일체로 회전하는 하부바디를 포함하는 기어부 및 원통형의 형상으로 케이싱오거와 상기 기어부의 하부바디를 연결해주며, 상기 하부바디와 일체로 회전하여 케이싱오거를 오거와 반대방향으로 회전시켜주는 스커트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 케이싱오거 구동 감속기를 제공한다.
