Auger casing for Foundation Work
The present invention relates to a casing for foundation work on soft ground and, more specifically, to an antenna-type casing for foundation work, capable of adjusting the length of a casing in accordance with a drilling depth, and, in particular, preventing soil from being introduced into the casing during construction for foundation work while discharging soil introduced in the casing to enable smooth construction. To achieve the purpose, the present invention includes: an outer casing member (100) having an outer key (111) placed outside an upper part to be combined with an auger while combined with the auger to perform drilling through a rotation operation, and having at least one inner key (112) placed at regular intervals in inner upper/lower longitudinal directions; and an inner casing member (200) having a key coupling part (220) performing a locking function with the inner key (112) hung thereon, and inserted and combined with the outer casing member (100) through the key coupling part (220) to perform drilling through the same rotation operation, while adjusting an expansion length of a state of combination with the outer casing member (100) in accordance with a position where the key coupling part (220) is combined with one of the at least one inner keys (112).
본 발명은 연약지반의 기초공사를 수행하기 위한 케이싱으로, 천공 깊이에 따라 케이싱의 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 하며, 특히 기초공사를 위한 시공 중에 케이싱의 내부로 토사 등이 유입되지 않도록 하면서 케이싱에 유입된 토사 등을 배출되게 하여 원활한 시공을 가능하게 하는 기초공사용 안테나 타입의 케이싱에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 발명은; 오거에 결합되기 위한 외부키(111)가 상부 외측에 마련되면서 상기 오거에 결합되어 회전 작동으로 천공하며, 내부 상하 길이방향을 따라서 일정 간격으로 하나 이상의 내부키(112)가 배치된 외부 케이싱 부재(100)와; 상기 내부키(112)가 선택적으로 걸리면서 잠금 기능을 하는 키체결부(220)가 마련되고, 상기 키체결부(220)를 이용해 외부 케이싱 부재(100)에 삽입 결합되어 동일한 회전 작동으로 천공하는데, 상기 키체결부(220)가 하나 이상의 내부키(112) 중 어느 하나에 결합되는 위치에 따라 상기 외부 케이싱 부재(100)에 결합된 상태의 신축 길이가 조절되는 내부 케이싱 부재(200)를 포함하여 구성된다.
