REMODELING BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a remodeled building, which includes: a newly constructed foundation installed on an outer side of an existing building; a vertical extending part having a vertical load transfer structure independent from the existing building; and a load transfer beam of which at least a part is installed to penetrate into the existing building in a horizontal direction and which transfers at least a part or all of the load added to the existing building to the newly constructed foundation. Therefore, the remodeled building can have greatly improved economic feasibility.
본 발명은 기존건축물의 외측에 설치되는 신축기초; 상기 기존건축물과 독립된 수직하중 전달구조를 가지는 수직증축부; 및, 적어도 일부가 상기 기존건축물을 수평방향으로 관통하여 설치되고, 적어도 상기 기존건축물에 추가 되는 하중의 일부 또는 전부를 상기 신축기초로 전달하는 하중전이보;를 포함하는 리모델링 건축물을 제공한다.
