Abstract

The present invention is to provide a building remodeling construction method including a slab removal step, a reinforcing structure installation step, and a load-bearing wall removal step, a reinforcing structure for building remodeling construction used in the above building remodeling construction method, and a building remodeling construction structure using the above building remodeling construction method. The reinforcing structure for building remodeling construction includes: a lower column member; an upper column member; and a beam member.

본 발명은, 슬래브제거단계, 보강구조체설치단계 및 내력벽제거단계를 포함하는 건축물 리모델링 시공방법과, 상기 건축물 리모델링 시공방법에 사용되는 건축물 리모델링 시공용 보강구조체 및 상기 건축물 리모델링 시공방법에 의한 건축물 리모델링 시공구조를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
