DOUBLE TYPE GROUTING MATERIAL INJECTION DEVICE AND TUNNEL REINFORCING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a double pipe type grouting material injecting apparatus and a tunnel reinforcing method using the same and, more specifically, to a double pipe type grouting material injecting apparatus and a tunnel reinforcing method using the same, wherein the double pipe type grouting material injecting apparatus can inject a grouting material such as liquid chemical even into a distance of 10 m or more and secure enough hardness. To this end, according to one aspect of the present invention, the double pipe type grouting material injecting apparatus includes: an outer pipe having an outer body having a spray hole from which the grouting material is sprayed, a first outer cap arranged on a front end of the outer body, and a second outer cap arranged on a back end of the outer body; and an inner pipe arranged in the outer pipe and having an inner hollow body, a first inner cap arranged on a front end of the inner body, and a second inner cap arranged on a back end of the inner body.
본 발명은 이중관형 그라우팅재 주입 장치 및 이를 이용한 터널 보강 공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 약액과 같은 그라우팅재를 약 10 m 이상의 거리까지도 주입할 수 있고, 충분한 강성을 확보할 수 있는 이중관형 그라우팅재 주입 장치 및 이를 이용한 터널 보강 공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 이중관형 그라우팅재 주입 장치는 그라우팅재가 분사되는 분사홀이 형성된 외부 바디와, 상기 외부 바디의 선단에 배치되는 제1 외부캡과, 상기 외부 바디의 후단에 배치되는 제2 외부캡이 구비된 외부관, 및 상기 외부관의 내부에 배치되되, 중공의 내부 바디와, 상기 내부 바디의 선단에 배치되는 제1 내부캡과, 상기 내부 바디의 후단에 배치되는 제2 내부캡이 구비된 내부관을 포함한다.
