Extruded Cement Panel Made with Rice Straw Cellulosic Fiber and Fly Ash Manufacturing method and Composition for such Cement Panel
The present invention relates to a composition for an extruded high-density cement panel using fly ash and a fiberized rice straw, a method for manufacturing an extruded cement panel using the same, and an extruded cement panel manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, a panel is manufactured by extrusion molding, during which fly ash discharged as a by-product from a circulating fluidized bed boiler is used as a bonding material instead of cement. As a result, sufficient bonding can be maintained, an increase in density can be achieved along with economic improvement, and it is possible to mold a plate-shaped product having various cross sections. In addition, refinement using a hammer mill is performed, a rice straw that is fiberized using talc and sodium silicate is used, and thus the density can be further increased and high flexural stiffness can be maintained.
본 발명은 압출성형 방식에 의하여 패널을 제작하되, 순환 유동층 보일러에서 부산물로 배출되는 플라이애시(fly ash)를 결합재로서 시멘트를 대체하여 사용함으로써 충분한 결합성을 유지하고 고밀도화를 달성하며 경제성을 향상시키고 다양한 단면을 가지는 판형 제품의 성형이 가능하게 하며, 더 나아가 해머밀을 사용하여 미세화시키는 것에 더하여 탈크 및 소듐 실리케이트를 이용하여 섬유화시킨 볏짚을 사용함으로써 추가적인 고밀도를 확보하면서 높은 휨강성을 유지할 수 있게 되는, "플라이애시와 섬유화된 볏짚을 이용한 고밀도 압출성형 시멘트 패널용 조성물, 이를 이용한 압출성형 시멘트 패널의 제작방법, 및 이에 의해 제작된 압출성형 시멘트 패널"에 관한 것이다.
