Extruded Cement Panel Made with Rice Straw Cellulosic Fiber Manufacturing method and Composition for such Cement Panel
The present invention relates to technology for using rice straws as a reinforcement fiber in substitution for polypropylene and pulp fiber used for manufacturing an extruded cement panel and, more specifically, to technology wherein dried rice straws are cut into a chopped state of 5 to 25 mm, the chopped rice straws are fiberized by using a hammer mill type knife pulverizer, and 0.3 to 3% of the fiberized rice straws are mixed with respect to the total mass of a composition to be used as the reinforcement fiber. According to the present invention, in the rice straw pulverization process, 1 to 3 mass% of talc is mixed with respect to the mass of the rice straws, such that entanglement among fibers is prevented in the rice straw pulverization process and a surface of the rice straws is coated as a lubricant, thereby assigning lubrication to a product in the following wet mixing process.
본 발명은 압출성형 시멘트 패널 제조에 사용하는 폴리프로필렌, 펄프 섬유를 대체하여 볏짚을 보강섬유로 사용하는 기술로 건조한 볏짚을 5~25mm chop 상태로 절단한 후 이를 해머밀 형태의 나이프 분쇄기를 이용하여 섬유화 한 후 이를 전체 질량의 0.3~3% 혼합하여 보강섬유로 활용하는 기술에 해당한다. 볏짚을 분쇄하는 과정에서 볏짚의 1~3질량% 내에서 탈크를 혼합하여 볏짚의 분쇄과정에서 섬유간의 엉킴을 방지하고, 볏짚 표면을 윤환성있게 코팅하여 이후 습식 혼합과정에서 제품의 윤활성을 부여하는 기술에 해당한다.
