Connecting Apparatus Structure and Method for Concrete Piles
The present invention relates to a structure, a method for connecting and constructing a plurality of concrete piles using the connecting structure, and a connecting device therefor, wherein the structure integrally couples and connects the premanufactured hollow concrete piles to each other. The structure solidly and integrally connects the concrete piles without a welding operation in a non-welding method by using the connecting device configured by including an inner coupler and an outer coupler assembled into each other in an uneven shape, wherein the inner and outer couplers are assembled and coupled into connecting end portion surfaces of the concrete piles, respectively, and are fastened by a transverse fastening bolt to be solidly integrated.
본 발명은 기 제작된 중공(中空)의 콘크리트 말뚝을 서로 일체로 결합하여 연결함에 있어서, 요철 형태로 서로 조립되는 내측 결합체와 외측 결합체를 포함하며, 내,외측 결합체는 각각 콘크리트 말뚝의 연결단부면에 조립 결합되며, 내,외측 결합체는 횡체결볼트에 의해 체결되어 견고하게 일체화되는 구성의 연결장치를 이용하여, 콘크리트 말뚝을 용접작업 없이 무(無)용접 방식으로 견고하게 일체 연결하는 구조와, 이러한 연결구조를 이용하여 복수개의 콘크리트 말뚝을 연결하여 시공하는 방법, 그리고 이를 위한 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
