A method for permanently depositing titanium dioxide on the surface of a ceramic molding
The present invention relates to a method for permanent deposition of titanium dioxide on a surface of a ceramic molding. More specifically, the present invention manufactures a molded article having pores formed on the surface thereof by mixing clay and coffee grounds, and applies water-soluble titanium dioxide to the molded article to allow titanium dioxide to agglomerate within the surface pores of the molded article, and reduces a diameter of pores through secondary firing, so that titanium dioxide is fixed to the surface of a ceramic molded article without a binder, such as firmly fixing titanium dioxide to pores, thereby continuously providing an effect of decomposing and sterilizing harmful components by titanium dioxide.
본 발명은 세라믹성형물 표면에 이산화티탄의 영구증착방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 백토와 원두커피찌꺼기를 혼합하여 표면에 다공이 형성된 성형체를 제조하고, 성형체에는 수용성 이산화티탄을 도포하여 성형체의 표면공극 내에서 이산화티탄이 응집되도록 하고, 2차소성을 통해 공극의 직경을 축소시켜 이산화티탄이 공극에 견고하게 고정되도록 하는 등 바인더 없이 이산화티탄을 세라믹성형물 표면에 고정시켜 이산화티탄에 의한 유해성분 분해 및 살균 효과를 지속적으로 제공하는 것이다.
