본 발명은 외장재 표면에 이산화티탄의 영구고착방법 및 그 제품에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 벽면용 또는 기와용으로 사용되는 외장재의 제조공정에서 성형체의 일측면을 커피찌꺼기를 이용하여 1차 소성을 통한 다공질화가 이루어지고, 1차소성체의 다공질화된 가공면에는 이산화티탄분말을 도포하여 통공에 이산화티탄 분말이 내입되도록 하고, 이산화티탄분말을 도포한 1차소성체는 2차소성을 통해 통공의 공극을 축소시켜 이산화티탄을 견고하게 고정되도록 하는 등 영구고착되는 이산화티탄에 의해 유해성분의 분해 및 살균효과를 지속적으로 제공하는 외장재 표면에 이산화타틴의 영구고착방법 및 그 제품에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a method for permanently fixing titanium dioxide on a surface of an exterior material, and a product thereof. More specifically, according to the present invention, in a process for manufacturing an exterior material used for walls or roof tiles, a process of making one surface of a molded body porous is performed through primary firing using coffee grounds, titanium dioxide powder is applied to a processed porous surface of a primary fired body so that the titanium dioxide powder is inserted into through-holes, and pores of the through-holes formed in the primary fired body coated with the titanium dioxide powder are reduced through secondary firing so that the titanium dioxide is firmly fixed. Accordingly, due to the permanently fixed titanium dioxide, harmful component decomposition and sterilization effects can be continuously provided.
