METHOD FOR PERMANENTLY DEPOSITING TITANIUM DIOXIDE ON SURFACE OF CERAMIC MOLDED ARTICLE
The present invention relates to a method for permanently depositing titanium dioxide on the surface of a ceramic molded article, and more particularly, continuously provides a harmful component decomposition and sterilization effect by means of titanium dioxide by immobilizing the titanium dioxide on the surface of a ceramic molded article without a binder, wherein a molded body having pores formed on the surface thereof is prepared by mixing white clay and coffee grounds, aqueous titanium dioxide is applied to the molded body so that the titanium dioxide aggregates in the surface pores of the molded body, and the diameter of the pores is minimized through a second firing so that the titanium dioxide is firmly fixed in the pores.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de dépôt permanent de dioxyde de titane sur la surface d'un article moulé en céramique, et plus particulièrement, assure en continu un effet de stérilisation et de décomposition de composants nocifs au moyen de dioxyde de titane en immobilisant le dioxyde de titane sur la surface d'un article moulé en céramique sans liant. Un corps moulé dont la surface présente des pores est préparé par mélange d'argile blanche et de marc de café, du dioxyde de titane aqueux est appliqué sur le corps moulé de telle sorte que le dioxyde de titane s'agrège dans les pores de la surface du corps moulé, et le diamètre des pores est réduit au minimum par une seconde cuisson de telle sorte que le dioxyde de titane est fermement fixé dans les pores.
본 발명은 세라믹성형물 표면에 이산화티탄의 영구증착방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 백토와 원두커피찌꺼기를 혼합하여 표면에 다공이 형성된 성형체를 제조하고, 성형체에는 수용성 이산화티탄을 도포하여 성형체의 표면공극 내에서 이산화티탄이 응집되도록 하고, 2차소성을 통해 공극의 직경을 축소시켜 이산화티탄이 공극에 견고하게 고정되도록 하는 등 바인더 없이 이산화티탄을 세라믹성형물 표면에 고정시켜 이산화티탄에 의한 유해성분 분해 및 살균 효과를 지속적으로 제공하는 것이다.
