REPAIR METHOD FOR SEISMIC DESIGN OF BUILDINGS USING ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUNDS AND ELASTIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND COATING DEVICE FOR THE SAME
Disclosed is a repair method for the seismic design of a building by using elastic composite compounds. The repair method for the seismic design of a building by using elastic composite compounds uses an elastic composite compound coating device, and comprises: an elastic composite compound mortar preparation step of preparing elastic composite compound mortar containing the elastic composite compound by mixing a mortar elastic composite compound with the mortar; an earthquake-resistant reinforcement groove forming step of forming a plurality of earthquake-resistant reinforcement grooves on the inner or outer wall of a building at equal intervals by removing a portion of the inner or outer wall of the building to a predetermined length and width; an earthquake-resistant reinforcement column layer construction step of applying the elastic composite compound mortar into the earthquake-resistant reinforcement grooves; and an earthquake-resistant reinforcement column generation step of generating an earthquake-resistant reinforcement column by drying and curing the elastic composite compound mortar applied into the earthquake-resistant reinforcement grooves. The elastic composite compound mortar preparation step includes: a mortar elastic composite compound preparation step of mixing water and the elastic composite compound at a weight ratio of 5:1; and a mortar mixing step of mixing the mortar elastic composite compound with the mortar at a weight ratio of 1:2. The elastic composite compound is formed by mixing 28 parts by weight of elastic waterproofing agent, 70 parts by weight of Remitar, and 2 parts by weight of water, wherein the elastic waterproofing agent includes: 55 to 65 parts by weight of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion; 20 to 25 parts by weight of vinyl acetate monomer; 8 to 12 parts by weight of liquid stabilizer; 8 to 12 parts by weight of dihydrogen oxide; and 1 to 3 parts by weight of preservative.
탄성복합화합물을 이용한 건축물의 내진설계 보수방법이 개시된다. 상기 탄성복합화합물을 이용한 건축물의 내진설계 보수방법은 탄성복합화합물 도포 장치를 이용하고, 모르타르용 탄성복합화합물 및 모르타르를 혼합하여 탄성복합화합물을 포함하는 탄성복합화합물 모르타르를 준비하는, 탄성복합화합물 모르타르 준비단계; 상기 건물 내벽 또는 외벽의 일부분을 일정 길이 및 폭으로 철거하여 상기 건물 내벽 또는 외벽에 복수의 내진보강홈을 등간격으로 형성하는, 내진보강홈 형성단계; 상기 내진보강홈 내에 탄성복합화합물 모르타르를 도포하는, 내진보강기둥층 시공단계; 및 상기 내진보강홈 내에 도포된 탄성복합화합물 모르타르를 건조 및 양생하여 내진보강기둥을 생성하는, 내진보강기둥 생성단계를 포함하고, 상기 탄성복합화합물 모르타르 준비단계는, 물 및 탄성복합화합물을 5:1의 중량비로 혼합하는, 모르타르용 탄성복합화합물 준비단계; 및 모르타르용 탄성복합화합물 및 모르타르를 1:2의 중량비로 혼합하는, 모르타르 혼합단계를 포함하고, 상기 탄성복합화합물은, 비닐 아세테이트-에틸렌 공중합체 에멀젼 55 내지 65 중량부, 비닐 아세테이트 모노머 20 내지 25 중량부, 액상형 안정제 8 내지 12 중량부, 디수소 산화물 8 내지 12 중량부, 방부제 1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 탄성방수제 28중량%, 레미탈 70중량% 및 물 2중량%가 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
