NOVEL LADLE SLAG-BASED COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a composition usable as a binder for premixed cement-based products and/or as an additive for a cement, comprising ladle slag, calcium sulphate, at least one soluble sulphate having a solubility in water at 20° C in the range of 5 g/100 mL to 90 g/100 mL, and at least one carboxylic acid that has at least two carboxyl groups, wherein the percentage by weight of the at least one soluble sulphate is between 0.3 and 10% relative to the total weight of the composition, the percentage ratio between calcium sulphate and ladle slag ranges from 1:2 to 1:6, preferably from 1:3 to 1:4, and wherein the carboxylic acid is present in an amount of between 0.05% and 3% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition, preferably between 0.17% and 1.5%. The invention relates to the use of the composition of the invention as a binder for a premixed cement-based product and/or as an additive for a cement, and the premixed cement-based products and cements which contain it. The invention also relates to a cement-based conglomerate obtained from the premixed cement-based product of the invention, once hardened.
La présente invention concerne une composition utilisable en tant que liant pour des produits à base de ciment prémélangés et/ou en tant qu'additif pour un ciment, comprenant du laitier de poche, du sulfate de calcium, au moins un sulfate soluble présentant une solubilité dans l'eau à 20 °C dans la plage de 5 g/100 mL à 90 g/100 mL, et au moins un acide carboxylique qui présente au moins deux groupes carboxyle, le pourcentage en poids dudit au moins un sulfate soluble étant compris entre 0,3 et 10 % par rapport au poids total de la composition, le rapport de pourcentage entre le sulfate de calcium et le laitier de poche étant compris entre 1:2 à 1:6, de préférence de 1:3 à 1:4, et l'acide carboxylique étant présent en une quantité comprise entre 0,05 % et 3 % en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition, de préférence entre 0,17 % et 1,5 %. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de la composition de l'invention en tant que liant pour un produit à base de ciment prémélangé et/ou en tant qu'additif pour un ciment, et les produits et ciments à base de ciment prémélangés qui le contiennent. L'invention concerne en outre un conglomérat à base de ciment obtenu à partir du produit à base de ciment prémélangé de l'invention, une fois durci.
