PRECAST CONCRETE BOX CULVERT WITH SEISMIC VARIABLE WATERTIGHT RUBBER RING
The present invention relates to a box culvert which is configured by a plurality of box culverts successively engaged with each other by male parts and female parts connected to each other in a longitudinal direction by the medium of a watertight rubber ring. The box culvert comprises: a female engagement unit (110) on one side end; and a male engagement unit (120) on the other side end to have a watertight rubber ring (10) installed. The watertight rubber ring (10) includes: a support unit (70) which is embedded in or inserted into the male engagement unit to be integrated; and a watertight unit (40) which protrudes to be placed on an upper side of the support unit (70) and to have an upper contact surface (41) formed to be inclined by a certain angle. When the male engagement unit (120) of the box culvert (100) is engaged with the female engagement unit (110′) of another box culvert (100′) by being accessed, the inclined upper contact surface (41) of the watertight unit (40) parallelly comes in close contact with the contact surface (111′) of the female engagement unit by rotating and elastically transforming the watertight unit (40) by the engaged female engagement unit (100′), thereby making the parts between the box culverts (100, 100′) watertight. Here, the inclined upper contact surface (41) of the watertight unit is desirable to have a plurality of support bumps (44) and watertight grooves (45) to have a bumpy shape as in Fig. 6.
본 발명은 수밀고무링을 매개로 하여 길이방향으로 복수의 박스암거가 연속적으로 암수 접속되어 결합되는 박스암거로서, 박스암거는 일측단에 암결합부(110)를 구비하고, 타측단에 수밀고무링(10)이 설치되는 수결합부(120)를 구비하며, 수밀고무링(10)은 수결합부에 매립 또는 삽입설치되어 일체화되는 지지부(70)와 지지부(70)의 상측에 위치하도록 돌출형성되고 소정각도 경사지도록 형성된 상부접촉면(41)을 구비하는 수밀부(40)를 포함하여 구성되어, 박스암거(100)의 수결합부(120)에 또 다른 박스암거(100')의 암결합부(110')가 접속되어 결합될 시, 결합되는 암결합부(100')에 의해, 수밀부(40)의 경사진 상부접촉면(41)이 암결합부의 접촉면(111')과 평행하게 밀착접촉되도록 수밀부(40)가 회전 및 탄성변형되어 박스암거(100,100')간에 수밀이 이루어지도록 한다. 이때 수밀부의 경사진 상부접촉면(41)에는 지지돌기(44)와 수밀홈(45)이 도 6과 같이 요철형상을 구비하도록 복수개가 형성되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
