Food waste transfer and crushing device
The present invention relates to a food waste transporting and crushing device. More particularly, provided is the food waste transporting and crushing device, which includes: a food waste transporting device connected to a sink drain to store food waste discharged from the sink and then transport the food waste together with sewage to a discharge pipe; and a pulverizing device configured to pulverize and then discharge the food waste and sewage transferred through the discharge pipe. It is possible to transport food waste by water pressure with the crushing device provided for each area while a separate crushing means is excluded from the transporting device installed for each household. It does not violate Article 33 of the Sewerage Act and Article 23 of the Enforcement Decree of the Sewerage Act, which prohibits the sale and use of a kitchen waste crushing device which crushes food waste generated in the kitchen and discharges it together with sewage. The food waste transporting and crushing device is hygienic as it is possible to discharge food waste from the house to the sink drain, and has the advantage of eliminating the hassle of collecting food waste separately at each household and then taking it out of the house and dumping the waste in a common dumping place.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기 이송 및 분쇄장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 싱크대 배수구에 연결되어 싱크대로부터 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기를 저장한 후 오수와 함께 배출관으로 이송시키는 이송장치; 및 상기 배출관을 통해 이송되는 음식물 쓰레기 및 오수를 분쇄한 후 배출하도록 구성되는 분쇄장치;를 포함하여 세대별로 설치되는 이송장치에 별도의 분쇄수단이 배제된 상태에서 구역별로 마련되는 분쇄장치로 수압에 의한 음식물 쓰레기의 이송이 가능하여, 주방에서 발생하는 음식물 찌꺼기 등을 분쇄하여 오수와 함께 배출하는 주방용 오물분쇄기의 판매와 사용을 금지하는 하수도법 제33조 및 같은법 시행령 제23조에 위배되지 않아 가정에서 싱크대 하수구로 음식물 쓰레기의 배출이 가능하여 위생적이면서도 각 가정에서 별도로 음식물 쓰레기를 모아 두었다가 필요할 때 집 밖으로 가져가서 공동 집하장에 투기해야하는 번거로움이 해소될 수 있는 장점이 있는 음식물 쓰레기 이송 및 분쇄장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a food waste transporting and crushing device.
