The crushing ring of the food waste disposal apparatus and the crushing plate connected thereto
The present invention relates to a crushing plate for a food waste disposal unit and more particularly to a crushing plate for a food waste disposal unit that allows food waste to be effectively crushed by a cutting blade and discharged. The food waste disposal unit includes a unit body (10) connected to a drainage hole of a sink and equipped with a discharge pipe (12) on one side; a rotating plate (20) installed inside the unit body (10) and including a rotating hammer (21) and a fixed cutting blade (23) that are provided on an upper surface to crush food waste, and multiple discharge holes (24) formed on a surface of the rotating plate (20); and a crushing guide ring (30) installed on an inner surface of the unit body (10) to be at an edge of the rotating plate (20), wherein one or more cutting blades for shredding food that has been first crushed and moved by the hammer (21) and the cutting blade (23) are formed at an edge portion of an upper surface of the rotating plate (20).
본 발명은 음식물 분쇄기용 회전판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세절칼날에 의해 음식물쓰레기가 효과적으로 세절된 후 배출되도록 한 음식물 분쇄기용 회전판에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 싱크대의 배수구에 연결되고 일측에 배출관(12)이 설치된 분쇄기 몸체(10)와, 그 분쇄기 몸체 (10)의 내부에 설치되고 상면에 음식물쓰레기의 분쇄를 위해 회전식 해머(21)와 고정식 절단날(23)이 각각 형성 되며 표면에는 다수의 배출공(24)이 형성된 회전판(20)과, 상기 분쇄기 몸체(10)의 내주면에 상기 회전판(20)의 가장자리에 구비되도록 설치되는 분쇄안내링(30)을 포함하여 이루어진 음식물쓰레기 분쇄기에 있어서, 상기 회전 판(20)의 상면 가장자리 부위에는 상기 해머(21) 및 절단날(23)에 의해 1차 분쇄되어 이동된 음식물을 세절하도 록 하나 이상의 세절칼날(40)이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
