GROUTING CONSTRUCTION METHOD WITH CAULKING MODULE
The present invention relates to a grouting construction method of a steel pipe applying a caulking module implemented to improve the reinforcement performance of an existing tunnel reinforcement method using an improved caulking module. According to the present invention, the grouting construction method of a steel pipe applying a caulking module comprises: a perforating step of performing a perforation at the end of a tunnel to form a perforation part for inserting a steel pipe for injecting grouting; a steel pipe insertion step of inserting the steel pipe into the perforation formed by the perforating step; and a grouting injection step of injecting grouting through the steel pipe inserted into the perforation part.
본 발명은 개선된 코킹 모듈을 이용하여 기존 터널 보강 공법의 보강 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구현한 코킹 모듈 적용 강관 그라우팅 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 그라우팅을 주입하기 위한 강관을 삽입을 위한 천공부 형성을 위해 터널부의 단부에 천공을 실시하는 천공 단계; 상기 천공 단계에 의해 형성된 상기 천공부에 상기 강관을 삽입하는 강관 삽입 단계; 및 상기 천공부에 삽입되어 있는 상기 강관을 통해 그라우팅을 주입시키는 그라우팅 주입 단계;를 포함한다.
