The present invention relates to an easy caulking pressure grouting system using a caulking cap and a grouting reinforcement construction method using the same. The easy caulking pressure grouting system using a caulking cap comprises: reinforcement material which can be inserted into a drilled hole; and the caulking cap attached to an end of the reinforcement material. The caulking cap includes: a connection portion connected to the end of the reinforcement material; and an extension fixing portion provided on the outer circumferential surface of the connection portion, and extending in the shape of a wing while forming an incline in the outward direction of the connection portion. The grouting reinforcement construction method using the easy caulking pressure grouting system using a caulking cap comprises a drilled hole formation step, a reinforcement material insertion step, a grout injection step. Therefore, the easy caulking pressure grouting system can prevent a caulking point from being pushed or grout from flowing back due to the pressure of injection of the grout.
본 발명은 코킹캡을 이용한 이지코킹 압력그라우팅 시스템 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 보강 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 코킹캡을 이용한 이지코킹 압력그라우팅 시스템은, 천공홀에 삽입될 수 있는 보강재; 상기 보강재의 끝단에 결합되는 코킹캡;을 포함하며, 상기 코킹캡은 상기 보강재의 끝단에 연결되는 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 외주면에 구비되며, 상기 연결부의 외측방향으로 경사를 형성하면서 날개 형상으로 연장되는 확장 고정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명의 코킹캡을 이용한 이지코킹 압력그라우팅 시스템을 이용한 그라우팅 보강 시공방법은 천공홀 형성 단계, 보강재 삽입 단계, 그라우트 주입 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
