Aluminium deck plate for outdoor use and its manufacturing method
A deck plate installed in an upper portion of a support frame installed in an outdoor space is made of aluminum to prevent the deck plate conventionally made of wood from being corroded or easily broken, in advance, and a connection unit where a head of a connector is formed in a lower portion of the deck plate to easily fasten a support frame and the deck plate. Moreover, powder type paint, a plurality of anti-slip corrugations, and an elastic anti-slip unit are formed on a surface of the deck plate to prevent a falling accident due to sliding of a user passing the upper portion.
본 발명은 야외에 설치된 지지프레임의 상부에 설치되는 데크플레이트를 알루미늄으로 제작하여 기존 나무로 제작되어 부식되거나 쉽게 파손되는 것을 미연에 방지하고, 데크플레이트의 하부에 연결구의 머리가 안착되는 연결부를 형성하여 지지프레임과 데크플레이트를 쉽게 체결하며, 데크플레이트의 표면에 분체형도료와 다수의 미끄럼방지요철과 탄성재질의 미끄럼방지부를 구성하여 상부를 지나는 사용자가 미끌어져 발생되는 낙상사고를 방지하는 효과가 있다.
