Precast coping construction method using anchorage of pile head
The present invention provides a construction method for a precast coping using a secure pile head, which combines a precast coping with the top of a pile with poured concrete, but can reinforce the top of the pile and can distribute the supporting load, and allows reinforced bars to be placed in the hole of the precast coping where the poured concrete is injected and to be combined with the concrete, thereby increasing workability and construction safety. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a construction method for precast coping using a secure pile head, which constructs precast coping on at least one pile installed in the ground, comprises the steps of: (a) manufacturing a precast coping to have, in a portion to be combined with the pile, a concrete injection hole and an extended groove for a coping support with a relatively larger diameter than the concrete injection hole positioned on at least one point; (b) installing a concrete blocking plate at a location away from the top of the pile by a predetermined distance to block poured concrete; (c) fixedly installing a load distributing material on the top of the pile to distribute the supporting load of the precast coping; (d) lifting the precast coping manufactured in a factory, and placing the precast coping so that the extended groove for a coping support is supported on an upper surface of the load distributing material; and (e) installing a mold on a lower surface of the extended groove for a coping support, and pouring concrete over the precast coping while an end of a girder is supported on the precast coping, to fill an upper part of the concrete blocking plate and the extended groove for a coping support with concrete through the concrete injection hole, so that the load distributing material is combined with the top of the pile.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 코핑을 타설콘크리트로 말뚝의 상단에 합성시키되, 말뚝의 상단이 보강되며 지지하중을 분산시킬 수 있고, 타설콘크리트가 주입되는 프리캐스트 코핑의 홀에 배근이 이루어져 콘크리트와 합성됨으로써 일체적 시공성과 시공 안전성이 뛰어나도록 한 말뚝 상단의 고정을 이용한 프리캐스트 코핑의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 말뚝 상단의 고정을 이용한 프리캐스트 코핑의 시공방법은, 지반에 설치된 하나 이상의 말뚝에 프리캐스트 코핑을 시공하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 말뚝과 합성시킬 부분에 일축상으로 콘크리트 주입홀과 콘크리트 주입홀보다 상대적으로 큰 직경을 일개소 이상에 갖는 코핑 받침용 확개홈을 갖도록 프리캐스트 코핑을 제작하는 단계와; (b) 상기 말뚝내의 상단에서 일정 거리 떨어진 위치에 타설콘크리트를 막을 수 있도록 콘크리트 막음판을 설치시켜 놓는 단계와; (c) 상기 말뚝의 상단에 프리캐스트 코핑의 지지하중을 분산시키기 위해 하중분산재를 고정되도록 설치하는 단계와; (d) 공장에서 제작된 프리캐스트 코핑을 인양하여 코핑 받침용 확개홈이 하중분산재의 상면에 지지되도록 거치시켜 놓는 단계와; (e) 코핑 받침용 확개홈의 하면에 거푸집을 설치한 후, 상기 프리캐스트 코핑에 거더의 단부를 지지시켜 놓은 상태에서 프리캐스트 코핑의 상부로 콘크리트를 타설하여 콘크리트 주입홀을 통해 콘크리트 막음판의 상부 및 코핑 받침용 확개홈에 콘크리트가 충진되어 하중분산재가 말뚝의 상단부와 합성되는 단계;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
