GUSS MASTIC ASPHALT ROAD PAVING METHOD USING SHORT-TERM CURING PRIMER
The present invention relates to a guss mastic asphalt road paving method that dramatically shortens a curing time of an adhesive layer by using a short-term curing primer. The present invention includes steps of: forming an adhesive layer by applying an adhesive containing an asphalt binder, an organic solvent, a plastic polymer and an elastomer to the upper part of a pavement construction surface; forming a waterproofing layer by laying a guss mastic asphalt mixture on top of the adhesive layer within 2 hours after the adhesive layer is formed; and forming a pavement layer by laying the asphalt mixture for the surface layer on top of the waterproofing layer.
본 발명은 단기 양생 프라이머를 이용하여 접착층의 양생 시간을 획기적으로 단축시킨 구스 매스틱 아스팔트 도로포장방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 포장 시공면의 상부에 아스팔트 바인더, 유기용제, 소성중합체 및 탄성중합체를 포함하는 접착제를 도포하여 접착층을 형성하는 단계, 그리고 상기 접착층이 형성된 지 2시간 이내에 상기 접착층의 상부에 구스 매스틱 아스팔트 혼합물을 포설하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계, 그리고 상기 방수층의 상부에 표층용 아스팔트 혼합물을 포설하여 포장층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
