LOWER PART SEPARATING TYPE MOLD FOR CONSTRUCTING EMBEDDED RAIL TRACK
The present invention relates to a simple lower frame separation-type mold for a rail-embedded track. The present invention includes: at least two mold sidewall members installed in foundation concrete constructed along a rail-embedded track to be constructed, in a longitudinal direction of the foundation concrete at a distance from each other in a width direction; anchor bolt assemblies arranged in at least two lines in the foundation concrete in a longitudinal direction; and a unit rail groove mold installed along one line of the anchor bolt assemblies to form a rail groove. In accordance with the present invention, the rail groove of the rail-embedded track can be constructed with a finishing level which is within an error range of a reference level, and moreover, the construction of the rail-embedded track can be easy and simple, and the consumption of materials can be minimized.
본 발명은 레일매립궤도 단순하부틀분리형 거푸집장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 시공될 레일매립궤도에 따라 시공된 기초콘크리트에 폭 방향으로 서로 간격을 두고 상기 기초콘크리트의 길이 방향으로 설치되는 적어도 두 개의 거푸집측벽부재들; 상기 기초콘크리트에 길이 방향을 따라 적어도 두 개의 열로 배열되는 앵커볼트어셈블리들; 상기 앵커볼트어셈블리들의 한 개의 열을 따라 설치되어 레일홈을 형성하는 단위레일홈거푸집을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 레일매립궤도의 레일홈의 마감수준을 기준수준의 오차범위 내로 시공할 뿐만 아니라 레일매립궤도의 시공을 쉽고 간단하게 하며, 재료의 소모를 최소화한다.
