MOLD FOR CONSTRUCTING EMBEDDED RAIL TRACK
The present invention relates to a form for constructing an embedded rail track. The form comprises: two side boards installed on a concrete foundation constructed along an embedded rail track in the longitudinal direction of the concrete foundation to be constructed at a widthwise interval; placement height adjustment units coupled to respective upper end portions of the side boards to be vertically movable, and adjusting a concrete placement height; rail groove formation molds positioned between the side boards at intervals, and positioned in the longitudinal direction of the concrete foundation to form rail grooves during concrete placement; and units for adjusting the locations of the rail groove formation molds, which are positioned to traverse the two side boards, detachably coupled to the side boards, and adjusting the locations of the rail groove formation molds. According to the present invention, another purpose of the present invention is to adjust inclinations of the top surface of the embedded rail track and the bottom surface of the rail grooves and to perform construction so that a connection part of the top surface and a connection part of the bottom surface of the rail grooves in a linear section and a curved section are smoothly connected without formation of a step.
본 발명은 레일매립궤도 거푸집장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 시공될 레일매립궤도에 따라 시공된 기초콘크리트에 폭 방향으로 간격을 두고 상기 기초콘크리트의 길이 방향으로 설치되는 두 개의 측벽판재들; 상기 측벽판재들의 각 상단부에 상하로 움직임 가능하게 결합되어 콘크리트 타설높이를 조절하는 타설높이조절유닛; 상기 측벽판재들 사이에 서로 간격을 두고 위치하며, 각각 상기 기초콘크리트의 길이를 따라 위치하여 콘크리트 타설시 레일홈을 형성하는 레일홈형성틀들; 상기 두 개의 측벽판재들을 가로지르도록 위치하여 상기 두 개의 측벽판재들에 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 레일홈형성틀의 위치를 조절하는 레일홈형성틀위치조절유닛;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 레일매립궤도의 상면과 레일홈의 바닥면의 경사 조절이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 직선구간과 곡선구간의 상면 연결부분 및 레일홈의 바닥면 연결부분이 단차 발생없이 매끄럽게 연결되도록 시공한다.

The present invention relates to a form for constructing an embedded rail track.
