Method For Constructing Embedded Rail Track
The present invention relates to an installation method of a buried track rail which can reduce construction costs by simplifying a construction method. The installation method of a buried track rail comprises: a step of installing posts (5) to stand vertically on both left and right sides of a roadbed (1); a step of installing a beam (11) over the posts to support both ends of the beam (11); a step of using a hanger unit (21) to install track rail units (100) on both left and right sides of the roadbed, and hanging the track rail units (100) to be separated upwards from the surface of the roadbed; a step of adjusting and fixing the accurate position of a track rail (101) installed on the hanger unit (21); and a step of forming a track slab (23) by depositing and curing concrete on an upper part of the roadbed (1). The hanger unit (21) includes: at least two hangers (25) capable of supporting the lower surface of the track rail units (100) by bending a rod into a U-shape; a support rod (27) mounted on the upper surface of the beam (11) and connected to both ends of the hangers (25) to hang the hangers (25) on the beam (11); and a pressing rod (29) pressing the lower end thereof on the track rail units (100) by vertically penetrating the beam (11) to press the track rail units (100) lifted by the hangers (25) from above to fix the track rail units (100).
본 발명은 시공방법이 간소화되어 시공비용을 절감할 수 있는, 매립형 궤도레일의 설치방법에 관한 것이다. 그 구성은; 노반(1)의 좌우 양측에 직립되게끔 포스트(5)를 설치하는 단계; 보(11, beam)를 상기 포스트 위에 양단이 지지되도록 설치하는 단계; 행거유닛(21)을 이용하여 궤도레일유닛(100)을 상기 노반의 좌우 양측에 설치하되 상기 노반 상면에서 상방향으로 이격되게끔 각각 매달아 놓는 단계; 상기 행거유닛(21)에 설치되어 있는 궤도레일(101)의 정확한 위치를 조정하고 고정시키는 단계; 상기 노반(1) 상부에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 궤도슬래브(23)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하되; 상기 행거유닛(21)은, 봉을 유(U)자 형태로 절곡함으로써 궤도레일유닛(100)의 저면을 받쳐 들 수 있도록 되어 있는 2개 이상의 행거(25); 상기 보(11)의 상면에 거치되는 것으로서 상기 행거(25)의 양 단부에 연결됨으로써 상기 행거(25)가 상기 보(11)에 매달려 있도록 하는 지지봉(27); 상기 행거(25)에 의해 들려 있는 상기 궤도레일유닛(100)을 상부에서 가압하여 고정시키기 위하여 상기 보(11)를 수직방향으로 관통하여 하단부가 상기 궤도레일유닛(100)에 가압되게 하는 가압봉(29);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
